Cosmetology
Our Cosmetology department is composed of two fields of study: Beauty and Esthetics and Hairdressing. Hairdressing is a mid-level course (EQF 4) and Beauty and Esthetics offers both a mid-level (EQF 4) course and a superior level (EQF 5) course.

Course Overview
Hairdressing is a mid-level course that trains students to primarily work in hair salons.

Throughout the 2 year course, students complete 2000 hours of study.
Students perform internships in their second year.
What Our Students Learn
In this course our students learn how to change a client's personal image and how to advise them according to the latest trends; how to promote and sell products; and how to manage their own business.
​
Students are able to cut and color hair according to a client's type of hair and what is in-style.
Aditionally, hairdressing students learn how to beautify and care for hands, feet and nails.

Mid-Level
Course Overview
In the mid-level Beauty and Esthetics course students learn about esthetic treatments, make-up techniques, depilation and hand, foot and nail care.
Throughout the two year course, students complete 2000 hours of study.

Students perform internships in their second year.
What Our Students Learn
In this course our students learn how to apply personalized make-up for social events; remove and decolor hair; beautification of the hands, feet, and nails; application and decoration of artificial nails; and advocation, promotion and sales of cosmetic products.
Additionally students learn how to advise and inform clients on cosmetic products and habits for a healthy lifestyle.

Superior Level
Course Overview
In the superior level course, Beauty and Esthetics goes more in-depth with beauty and well-being technician training. Our students work with the latest tools and techniques in order to define their skills and enable them to perform necessary procedures.

What Our Students Learn
In this course, students learn how to perform facial and corporal massages; the personalized application of electroesthetic and hydrothermic cosmetic techniques; selection of the adequate hair removal procedure; and to better the physical and health aspects of a clients life.
Students also learn how to manage and market a small business.
